Harrison Furman
Harrison is the founder of Green Wave Capital and has spent the past three years working as a Fractional CFO, helping businesses across diverse industries including real estate, food and beverage, professional services, law, and politics. He specializes in building financial models and analytics that drive smarter decision-making—ranging from labor KPI tracking and recipe-based cost analysis to cash flow modeling for real estate across short- and long-term rental strategies.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from George Washington University and his MBA from American University. Earlier in his career, Harrison served as a Senior Financial Analyst at MGM National Harbor and as Finance Analytics Manager for Donald J. Trump for President in 2020, where he developed expertise in financial strategy, performance analysis, and operating in high-stakes environments.
